Section 3. Board of Director Meetings
A. The Board shall have a minimum of three (3) meetings annually. The Board meeting may be convened utilizing electronic or alternate forum.
B. The President may call special meetings of the Board at any time.
C. The President must call a special meeting when there is a written request of five (5) Board members.
D. Notification of regular or special meetings of the Board shall be sent to individual members not less than twenty-one (21) days prior to the meeting.
E. A majority of the voting members shall constitute a quorum.
F. When business of the Board must be conducted between scheduled meetings and a special meeting has not been called, an electronic voting method may be used.
