TOTA 2024 Annual Conference Registration  
Early Bird Registration Opens September 6th.

We are continuing with a “cost-based” conference fee. Cost-based pricing means we will review the overall cost of producing or hosting the conference, which includes marketing, printing, food & beverage, technology needs, professional fees, exhibit hall set/up, and many other necessary expenses to host a conference. Essentially there will be a price for members and a higher price for non-members.
Students and practitioners will pay the same price.
Discounts will be available for volunteers, board members, committee members, and presenters, including our students. Early bird registration will remain in place.

TOTA 2024 Annual Conference Group Discount Rates

Group discounts will be available for the TOTA 2024 annual conference during early bird registration (September 6th – October 25th) for full conference registration only.

The group discount rate is $230 per TOTA member registrant and $339/non-members. The minimum group will be 10 and  registration must be for the full conference. Full details and specific requirements will be provided at a later date.

Group registration  is only available during early bird from September 6th - October 25th.


Note: Volunteers include all TOTA committee members, district student reps, TOTA PAC board, and conference volunteers.

  1. Registration fees will be increased by $50 from Oct. 26 - November 3, 2024
  2. Registration invoices must be paid in full by November 1.
  3. There will be NO onsite registration. 
  4. Current Members in Renewal and Former Members - If your membership is currently in renewal or lapsed, renewal is required to receive member pricing.

 ***Cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected] by October 26, 2024. Cancellations received before the deadline are eligible to receive a full refund of registration fee, less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who are "no shows."
