TOTA 2025 Annual Conference Registration 
REGISTRATION CLOSED ON November 7, 2025! 

In light of the ongoing government shutdown, the TOTA Conference Committee has made the decision to suspend the planned $50 increase in conference registration fees. We recognize that many of our colleagues may be facing financial uncertainty, and we hope this adjustment helps ease the burden and encourages continued participation in our annual gathering. The final day to register for the TOTA 2025 Annual Conference remains November 7th.
Discounts are available for volunteers, board members, committee members, and presenters, including our students. 

CONFERENCE AGENDA

The conference schedule will run from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM both days. Please take this into consideration when booking your hotel accommodations.

TOTA 2025 Annual Conference Group Discount Rates

Group discounts will be available for the TOTA 2025 annual conference during early bird registration (September 5th – October 26th) for full conference registration only.

The group discount rate is $230 per TOTA member registrant and $339/non-members. The minimum group will be 5 and  registration must be for the full conference. Groups must have a dedicated group administration, the administrator's name and email address will be required and entered on the registration form.

  1. Open registration invoices must be paid in full by November 1, 2025 or risk cancelation.
  2. There will be NO onsite registration. 
  3. Current Members in Renewal and Former Members - If your membership is currently in renewal or lapsed, renewal is required to receive member pricing.

Attending from another State?  Are you planning to attend the 2025 TOTA Annual Conference from out of state? We want to encourage membership in state OT associations. Out of state attendees can email [email protected] with proof of membership to their own state's OT association and get member pricing for this year's TOTA conference!

Friend Of Occupational Therapy (F.O.O.T.) - Guest Pass - Deadline Oct 26, 2025 
This guest pass is for spouses, significant others, and other non-OT professionals/students who want to attend the keynote address and/or the awards ceremony and one additional session provided space is available.  F.O.O.T Guest Pass Registration  (award recipients contact Judi Joseph)

 ***Cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected] by October 24, 2025. Cancellations received before the deadline are eligible to receive a full refund of registration fee, less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who are "no shows." 
Lunch payments are not eligible for refund.
