TITLE:    Best Practices in Home Modifications

DESCRIPTION: Learn the latest best practices in home and environmental modifications for your elderly clients or persons with disabilities.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES: At the end of this presentation, participants will be able to:
1. List two reasons why it is important for our clients to make their homes safe.
2. Identify two risk areas and their solutions to mitigate or alleviate those risks.
3. Describe two sources of funding for environmental modifications and/or assistive devices to improve the accessibility of
    a client's home.
