Event Details

Dates: Friday, November 13, and Saturday, November 14
Location: Veramendi Ballroom Foyer
Set Up: Begins no earlier than 7:00 a.m. each day

Store Hours 

  • Friday: 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. 

Important Information & Guidelines 

  • Please check in with Sarah Stevens at the TOTA Desk located in the exhibit hall upon arrival.
  • Tables will be assigned to participating schools.
  • Each student organization will be provided with one skirted table and two chairs.
  • Please limit table staffing to two attendees at a time.
  • As tables are located in the hallway outside meeting rooms, we ask that all participants maintain a low noise level.
  • All students staffing tables must be registered for the conference and wear their conference badge at all times.
  • Any additional inventory must be stored out of sight beneath your table.
  • Please ensure that all inventory is removed or securely stored at the close of store hours on Friday. 

Cancellation Policy

If it becomes necessary for your organization to cancel your participation, please notify Sarah Stevens as soon as possible and/or prior to the event. This will allow us to offer the opportunity to organizations currently on the waitlist.
