Additional Registration Details

  •  $50 Discount Available: Conference volunteers, session presenters, TOTA state and district board members, and district student representatives are eligible for a $50 discount on full conference registration only. The discount code will be provided within the registration form.
  • Invoice Payment Deadline: All open registration invoices must be paid in full by November 2, 2026 to avoid cancellation.
  • No Onsite Registration: Registration must be completed in advance. Onsite registration will not be available. 
  • Membership Status: Individuals whose TOTA membership is currently in renewal or has lapsed must renew their membership to receive member pricing.
  • Accessibility Needs: If you require the use of a power mobility device (e.g., scooter) during the conference, please email [email protected] for assistance.

Regarding conference volunteers: A volunteer sign form will be available when registration opens on
Sept. 4 (check back soon)

Attending from another State?  Are you planning to attend the 2026 TOTA Annual Conference from out of state? We want to encourage membership in state OT associations. Out of state attendees can email [email protected] with proof of membership to their own state's OT association and get member pricing for this year's TOTA conference!

Friend Of Occupational Therapy (F.O.O.T.) - Guest Pass - Deadline Oct 25, 2026

Cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected] by October 24, 2026. Cancellations received before the deadline are eligible to receive a full refund of registration fee, less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who are "no shows."
