Each booth includes an 8' x 10' draped exhibit space (black drape), 6' table, two chairs, wastebasket, ID sign, carpeted space, and complimentary  Wi-Fi. For electricity, AV, or shipping needs, please refer to the Embassy Suites San Marcos Exhibitor Packet.

• Cancellations after October 1, 2026 are non-refundable
