 Clinical Practice Information (CPI) Survey

A message from AOTA: This is an important survey collecting data on indirect practice expenses. This effort could shape the future of OT reimbursement, so we need every sampled OT practice to respond.  OT private practices should be on the lookout for this important request coming from the survey company Mathematica. Mathematica is using claims data (tax ID numbers and NPIs) to identify OT practices and randomly select for the survey.
