We invite you to become an exhibitor!  The TOTA Annual Conference provides the ideal place and time to promote your products/services to the OT community.

Exhibit Hall Schedule: 
Friday -      11:00 am - 4:00 pm (unopposed lunch 12:15 pm - 1:45 pm)
Saturday - 11:00 am - 3:00 pm (unopposed lunch 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm)
            (lunch will be served in Frisco 8)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  
  • All Exhibitors must wear a TOTA Conference Exhibitor Badge. Additional badges may be purchased for $75 each. Exhibitor badges allow entrance into the Exhibit Hall and Lunch on Friday and Saturday.  Exhibitor Booths DO NOT include Conference Registrations to attend Educational Sessions for CEUs.  Only Registered Conference Attendees may attend Education Sessions for CEUs. 
  • Exhibitor space includes one 8'x10' draped exhibit booth, one 6' draped table, 2 chairs, a wastebasket, and an identification sign. The exhibit hall is carpeted and includes complimentary WIFI.  The booths will be draped in blue and white. For additional needs such as AV and electricity, please refer to the hotel AV/Electricity Ordering link above.
  • To be included in our Conference Guide, booth applications must be submitted by August 31, 2024. 
  • A late fee of $200 is added to booth applications submitted after October 1, 2024.  Cancellation of booths after October 1, 2024, will not be refunded.
  •  Live Booth also includes your own personal page on our Whova app.  Platinum and Silver & Texas Star Booths also include Sponsorship of events.
  • Virtual-Only includes your own personal page on our Whova app.
  • Booth numbers will be assigned based on the order in which they are received.  Booth number requests will be taken into consideration.
