Short Abstract: 

• Entry level professionals entering the healthcare career field are often unaware of the requirements for career success, let alone how to initiate a trajectory towards that success. This workshop uses the PEOP as a model that will immediately benefit your career progression.

Learner Objectives:

• Participant will understand the differences between a job and a healthcare career and how understanding the responsibilities of their employment or appointment will enhance the accomplishment of career goals
• Participants will be able to identify aspects or steps for advancement in their career and how to incorporate the needs of their employer to address job and career performance.
