Short Abstract: Health and Wellness is a natural fit for occupational therapy due to our whole-person approach to treatment. Learn the benefits of integrating the 8 Dimensions of Health and Wellness into your practice and catch the vision for the possibilities beyond.

Learner Objectives: 

1. The Learner will:-Summarize the occupations-based definition of wellness
2. Willingly participate in completing the 8 Dimensions of Wellness booklet
3. Describe the 8 Dimensions of Wellness in relation to themselves
4. Relate the 8 Dimensions of Wellness to clients in their work setting
5. Verbally express interest in integrating the 8 Dimensions of Wellness into their work setting
6. Apply the 8 Dimensions of Wellness to other settings and demographics during in class discussions
