Please read the following before registering:

Non Members - TOTA Membership is required to attend the annual conference. If you are not a current member, you can join TOTA while registering for conference.  Please enter your e-mail to create member profile section below to begin the process. 

Current Members in Renewal and Former Members - If your membership is currently in renewal, renewal is required with your conference registration. Please log in below to begin the process. Make sure you are registering under the correct Membership Type. 

  1. DO NOT register as a student if you have passed the certification exam (NBCOT). Only individuals registered as professionals will earn CE credit. 

Student Membership Status Clarification

4.1 Occupational therapy student, hereinafter referred to as OTS; one who is enrolled in an accredited OT or OTA program, or where the program’s accreditation is pending. Membership as an OTS extends until successful completion of the certification examination.

In determining membership status, those qualified as an OT or OTA and who are engaged in advanced or continuing education are not classified as students.

2. All Early Bird invoices must be paid in full by September 22, 2019. All General Registration invoices must be paid in full by October 20, 2019.

3. If you plan to volunteer, you must complete the volunteer selection form before completing your conference registration in order to receive your discount code. (There are a limited number of volunteer opportunities.)

Registration Fees:

Cancellation Policy and Transfer of Registration [PLEASE READ]:

Cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected] by October 20, 2019. Cancellations received before the deadline are eligible to receive a full refund of registration fees, less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who are "no shows."

Your registration can be transferred to another individual, provided that the replacement meets the same registration fee criteria. If an additional fee structure applies to the substitute registrant, all additional fees must be paid at the time the substitution is made. Partial refunds will not be granted. The substitute must have a letter from the original registrant to present at the registration desk. No transfers will be made without written notice.
