The conference is an opportunity to: obtain over 50 CEUs, connect with Texas colleagues, meet students from other programs, and visit with exhibitors. Take a sneak peek at some of our exhibitors and sponsors. 

Conference feesWe recognize that the pandemic has created multiple challenges for all of us. One of the tenets of our mission is to be responsive to the professional development, information needs, and educational requirements of its members. The conference is just one avenue for us to address our mission. With this goal in mind and with the continued support of our exhibitors and sponsors, we are able to offer this cost-effective price structure:

 Registration/Membership Eligibility

You are not eligible to register as a student if you have passed the certification exam (NBCOT).

Student Membership Status Clarification

4.1 Occupational therapy student, hereinafter referred to as OTS; one who is enrolled in an accredited OT or OTA program, or where the program’s accreditation is pending. Membership as an OTS extends until successful completion of the certification examination.

In determining membership status, those qualified as an OT or OTA and who are engaged in advanced or continuing education are not classified as students.

Cancellation Policy and Transfer of Registration [PLEASE READ]: 

Cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected] by TBD. Cancellations received before November 11, 2020 are eligible to receive a full refund of registration fees, less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who are "no shows."

Your registration can be transferred to another individual before November 11, 2020, provided that the replacement meets the same registration fee criteria. If an additional fee structure applies to the substitute registrant, all additional fees must be paid at the time the substitution is made. Partial refunds will not be granted. The substitute must have a letter from the original registrant to present at the registration desk. No transfers will be made without written notice.
