Course Description: This course introduces occupational therapists to 3D printing for creating customized assistive technology. Participants will learn basic design, materials, and applications to improve patient independence across clinical settings.

Learner Objectives: 

  1. Participants will be able to design one basic assistive technology using 3D modeling software
  2. Participants will be able to fabricate (print) an assistive technology device using a 3D printer following proper workflow steps.
