Meetings of Members
Section 1. Regular Meetings
A. TOTA shall hold a minimum of one regular meeting for the total membership each year.
B. The place, day and hour of any regular meeting will be published at least 60 days prior to the meeting date.
C. The agenda for the meeting will be announced in official publications of TOTA at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the meeting date.
D. A quorum consists of the number of voting persons present at the time.
E. Any items of business arising from the floor shall be referred to the Board for action.
