Course Description: This course will explain that OTs play a key role in evaluating and supporting older drivers’ safety and independence. Participants will discuss demographic data showing the rise in older drivers and implications for health professionals.

1. Understand how aging affects driving 
2. Identify OT roles in driver assessment and intervention 
3. Discuss ethical and legal considerations 
4. Explore strategies for driving retirement and transition
