Learning Objectives: At the end of this presentation, participants will be able to: 1.Discuss the important aspects of the social model of disability 2.Identify the parts of the World Health Organization’s ICF Model (International Classification of Function, Disability, and Health). 3.List three reasons the prevalence of persons with disabilities has climbed to 25% of the US population 4.Cite person first and disability first language
