Per TOTA Bylaws: 
Board of Director Meetings 
A. The Board shall have a minimum of three (3) meetings annually. The Board meeting may be convened utilizing an electronic or alternate forum
This will be the 3rd meeting of the year.  The meeting will be held virtually via Zoom.

5. Guests to TOTA
a. The President can request guests to attend Board meetings whenever the guest has information considered relevant to the actions the board is considering.
b. RESPONSIBILITIES
i. Attend TOTA board meeting(s) as requested by President.
ii. Transmit information to and from organizations and TOTA.
