Presenters: Round Table Discussion via Zoom with 4 leaders: Robin  V. Clearman, OTR, CLT; Anna Haertling Clearman, OTR,MOT, CLT; Donald Todd Griffith, OTR, MBA; John Luna OTD

Following this presentation, participants will:
1) Be able to provide definitions of and discuss current challenges in Occupational Therapy practice:
a. PDPM and PDGM
b. Private practice reimbursement
c. Reductions in CMS reimbursement for Part B therapy services proposes for 2021 & 2022
d. Telehealth services provided by occupational therapy practitioners
2) Be able to identify current ethical issues in occupational therapy practice in relation to the effects of the above-mentioned challenges.
3) Be able to identify resources and avenues to advocate for occupational therapy practice/outcomes.
4) Understand how to establish generalized boundaries for ethical practice.
