Special Projects
Legislative Information
TOTA employs a legislative representative and an OT lobbyist to keep its membership
apprised of developments in the Texas Legislature which affect the occupational
therapy profession. Relevant information is reported to members in the TOTA
newsletter, Revista OT, and online via the legislative
area of the web site. Additionally, we host an e-mail tree to
notify our members of significant developments during the legislative session
and beyond. If you are a member of TOTA and would like to join the list, e-mail us.
Your email address will be added to our listserve.
Volunteer Information
Much of the work of TOTA is accomplished by member volunteers. Contact TOTA
or your local district to find out how you can apply your talents within
the association. |
